Galvanized steel sheet / plate

Galvanized sheet is a steel plate with a layer of zinc plated on the surface. Galvanizing is an economical and effective rust prevention method that is often used, and about half of the world’s zinc production is used in this process.

Galvanized steel sheet / plate

Galvanized sheet, also known as hot-dip galvanized steel plate, refers to the pre-treated strip or steel plate is immersed in molten zinc liquid at a temperature of about 500°C, and after a series of reactions, a layer of well-attached zinc layer is formed on the surface of the steel plate. This layer of zinc can prevent the steel plate from being corroded and play a protective role, thereby increasing its service life.

Pre-Painted Galvanized

Galvanized coils are materials produced through a continuous hot-dip galvanizing process using hot-rolled steel strips or cold-rolled steel strips as the base plate. Hot-dip galvanized sheets are supplied as rectangular flat sheets after cross-cutting; hot-dip galvanized coils are supplied as rolls after being rolled. Their main characteristics are: strong corrosion resistance, good surface quality, conducive to deep processing, economical and practical, etc.
